Add events

Add events when players are invited, a player denies an invite, a message is sent and when a player rank is changed

Thanks for the submission. I'd be interested to know the intended use-case for these new events; under what circumstances do you see them being useful?

I think this could be useful in different cases when some mods need to interact with ftb teams. In my case, I need to link ftb team data between several servers and because these events don't exist, I can't sync invites, messages and ranks.
