This component will display a collection of `Recommended` items. The initial use case is the onward journey in Partner Content. The single `Recommended` component remains the primary pattern on FT.com, as testing shows that one prominent recommendation performs better.

Ticket: ADSDEV-2449
Adds support for this new Body Block element that will display a collection of
Recommendeditems. The initial use case is the onward journey in Partner Content.We have not adapted the implementation of the
Recommendedcomponent to support multiple teasers because showing only one prominent content remains the primary pattern in FT.com. Instead, we're implementing this component which contains multiple instances ofRecommended.
