This is a long standing problem, already mentioned e.g. in CONTRIB-7686: in adaptive mode, the part's general feedback is shown as soon as the student submits their first response. However, as it often contains further explanations, they should not see it as long as they can still work on the part.
This PR will make sure that the part's general feedback is only shown after the part is "finished", i. e. after the student gave the correct answer.
