Fix some issues on smaller screens

Noticed a few issues while reading the new blog on my phone so here we are.

In short:

• The navigation bar will now use columns instead of rows on smaller screens to prevent it from overflowing (also makes it nicer to use on phones because the links have more width)
• The little text under the blog title (also used in some other places) relied on CSS translations to be positioned which caused it to overlap with other elements at lower screen resolutions. I changed it to use margin instead
