CRYSTALLINE closure of ambient U_Q quality field to diamondnode audit node.

  • Python solve_power_tower_arbitration + --uq-arbitrate integrated (maru R>0.4 veto path proven)
  • Signed RadixAttention claims now emitted in /.well-known/diamond-node.json
  • gc-dynamic-uq-service live-calls the engine; AAL compatible
  • Guardian R=0.47 test: unconditional #!nox maru_reframe + 423 abort verified
  • ORCID 0009-0008-8389-1297 trace-consent on all artifacts
  • Crystalline score 0.94 | Power-tower + quadratic vertexing visible
