Update - Added button for quick 0x1111111111111111, supports iOS 12.0 -> 12.4

This update includes the following changes:

• Added a button for quick insertion of 0x1111111111111111 nonce generator as it's a common one and people often mistype it to have less or more 1s which invalidate it.

Please use the IPA file from here for GeoSetter Nonce Setter v1.4, I cannot guarantee that the signing services have the updated version and nor can I provide support for outdated apps.

Update - Supports iOS 12.0 to 12.2 and iOS 12.4 pre-A12

This update includes the following changes:

• Fixed previously missing NVRAM locking.
• Added sanity checks to ensure A12 and A12X devices are detected and stopped from running an incompatible app.
• Other stability improvements.
