Adding Sai's paper, updating style to Harvard AGPS6 consistent with the DE Usage page

Looks good, a couple of questions and edits for you please
- Is this meant to be a full update with a different style applied? If so lets' add that info to the readme. Which style did you go with?
- In the Adame 2026 paper, the Minjerribah-Moorgumpin Elders in Council has been reformatted oddly, can we please change that back for proper credit.
- Does the formatting of the capital letters still match the paper titles for each paper in the journal? It seems like this may have been changed based on style rather than published title?

Thanks Bex! I've fixed the Adame et al. entry, thanks that was well spotted! Yeah referencing styles dictate how capital letters are used in paper titles (regardless of how they appear in the publication), so following sentence case in AGPS6. Thanks for taking the time to review it :)
