- Change "cachbuster.json" default filename to "cachebuster.json".
- Write a relative asset path to the cachebuster manifest for greater flexibility (eg. to use the asset() helper funtion to generate an absolute url).
- Add an example elixir_cachebust() function to the README which can be used in blade files.
