Custom Unit Type & Negative Legend Value Support

• GlobalNOC Worldview Panel now allows setting a custom unit type for your map
• Legend value thresholds can now go in negative values too

Minor Atlas breakfix/adjustment

Updated version of Atlas with an adjustment to a variable that wraps topology based on a specified longitude limit.

Map/Layer Selector Menu Bugfix

• Bugfix for map selector panel. When enabled, panel now anchors to right-side, and slides out to the left.
• Map selector panel no longer anchors to top of panel, interfering with untitled panel headers.
