Grand Final Eve was established as a holiday from 2016 on.
Before being inserted into the Public Holidays Act 1993 (Vic), it was gazetted in the years 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Drive-by fix: Remove extra 'in_regions' from module Tasmania (TAS).
Definition for holiday "Royal Hobart Regatta" had unnecessary specifier
in_regionsalthough already being defined in aRegionmodule.
