Add self-host options to login

Summary

• add optional developer dialog on login for custom server URL
• allow cached host override to persist across restarts
• skip onboarding for authenticated users and skip Amplitude when no key

Testing

• built and installed debug build
• built and installed prod release

ive actually taken it a couple steps further in my newer updates, i put the tap gate on it like dev settings + i added unified push to the self-host server and to the android client with my changes, ill push that version here in a moment
