Prefixes

This release adds prefixes to the extension commands, in order to easily distinguish commands from the extension. (See Issue #5 for more info).

CEP 9+

This release changes the templates to support and use CEP 9 by default, it also changes the Hostlist to support the latest versions of Adobe CC apps.
