Loop = loop was deprecated in a recent asyncio update. As suggested by SimLeek removing this part, fixes the startup issue.

Loop = loop was deprecated in a recent asyncio update. As suggested by SimLeek, Dark Visor and okawo removing this line makes it possible to start the server, using the curent python/asyncio version.
