• pre-commit and packaging configuration
• 2 new boolean fields in the result of import_declarations: "archive" for archived dossiers, and "supprime" for deleted dossiers
• pair_from_sources checks for conflicts between declarations before the pairing, and removes data accordingly (Cas particuliers d'appariement #1)
