Contract Deployment Error Handling

Description

This PR adds a new error handling mechanism during the deployment of contracts. The deployError.ts file has been introduced to catch and handle errors that may occur during the deployment process, ensuring that the code handles potential issues gracefully and provides meaningful feedback for developers to debug errors efficiently.
