Add dewarp from scantailor-experimental

• New dewarping algorithm (for sheets curved along a cylindrical surface only, not for fixing photos of wrinkled or skewed paper)

• FOV - Relative camera field of view.

  FOV = max(Width, Height) / Distance 
  

  or

  FOV = Max Sensor Size / Focus Length
  

  You can measure it for your camera, or tune it based on the curvature of the lines in the one image, and then apply to the rest images. The automatic mode gives good results only for photos with strong perspective and two vanishing points.

• Frame - Source photo parameters, size and center.
  Leave it in automatic mode if the photo was not cropped before processing in Scan Tailor. Otherwise you will have to guess them.

• Bend - Relative sheet bending.

  Bend = Magnitude / Width.
  

  Usually works automatically. Use manual mode for small adjustments if the automation fails.

• Size - Dimensions of the dewarped block.
  Use to unify sizes of dewarped pages, photographed from different distances.

• Also, the settings for each threshold are now saved independently.
