Account Requirement

To run this pipeline you must have an active BV-BRC account.

IMPORTANT

Because of the way BV-BRC authentication works the password input you provide may be recorded in a log file. This is generally not a concern if you are running the pipeline on a trusted local machine. However, for security, do not publish your log files.

If running the pipeline on Terra we recommend creating a service account because the user and password will be stored to your google bucket as plain text. This means others in your organization could potentially access your account.

Do not use an existing password for BV-BRC.
