I build AI systems that actually ship: RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and cloud-native automation on AWS and Azure. My work sits at the intersection of ML engineering and delivery. I own the governance, the architecture decisions, and the code, then hand off something a team can maintain.

Nine years of leading cross-functional teams taught me that the hardest part of any AI project isn't the model. It's scoping it right, catching the risks early, and keeping stakeholders aligned while the ground shifts under you. That's the job I do.
