🔧 Prerequisites

• Sign up https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio

• For Microsoft Visual Studio 2015+ run Install-Package Twilio in NuGet Package Manager console.

🚀 Installation & Deployment

• Sign up with Digital Ocean

• Choose Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
• ssh root@replace_this_with_your_domain_or_ipaddress
• sudo git clone https://github.com/Jfaler/soup
• cd /soup/Python
• python3 ./flood.py
