Port XSTAR's binemis as broaden: ranked lines, Voigt profiles with the Auger widths, and bin averaging. tables() gains diffuse_*, lines_* and transmitted_lines columns, checked against xout_spect1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

binemisasbroadenand addstransmitted_lines,diffuse_*andlines_*columns to the spectrum table (binned=falseskips it).Checked against
xout_spect1.fitsof the thick slab: transmitted_lines within 7e-4; emission median ratio 1.00005 (inward) and 0.99991 (outward). Known differences: H Lyα/Hα bins and the 53–75 eV He II recombination region. Tables take about 14 s.Tests pass on Julia 1.13 (with the database) and 1.10.
