Bump actions/checkout from 5 to 6

Update all three CI checkouts from actions/checkout v5 to v6: Linux MongoDB tests, Windows native initialization/stream checks, and documentation.

Refresh the existing branch against current master, preserving recent package fixes and the MongoDB action update. The complete diff against master changes only those three action references. The Julia/MongoDB matrix, package code, tests, dependencies and coverage settings stay the same.

Reviewed the complete current workflow and the official v6 action metadata and runner requirements. Checkout still uses Node 24, while persisted credentials move into a separate file under the runner temporary directory. These workflows use hosted runners and do not run authenticated Git commands inside a container action. No unsafe-checkout override is enabled.

Validation: the workflow is byte-for-byte current master with the three checkout references replaced; git diff --check passes. All 20 fresh hosted jobs pass, including every one of the 18 native suites, both Windows initialization/stream checks and every nightly lane. All 18 coverage uploads were accepted for the correct repository/full head SHA and all distinct reports finished processing at 84.71%. Both Codecov checks pass. Documentation deployment succeeds.

Merged-master follow-through: ordinary squash merge 8fc41afac70be5e1f1902ea19a49d0fc519d31d3 has the same tree as the reviewed/tested head. All 10 main jobs pass, including all nine native lanes. Every main upload was accepted for the correct repository/full merge SHA and all nine reports finished processing at 84.71%. The deployed API page returns HTTP 200 and all 62 Julia source links point to this merge.
