build with geant4 v4_11_2_p02

Changes needed for geant4 4.11.
Disable LegacyLArG4 - it is incompatible with modern releases of geant4.
Replace Geant4::G4persistency with Geant4::G4gdml.
Update dependencies.
Requires LArSoft/larg4#60
