• tests/coverage/ false-negative regression suite (PR #50): structured set of labelled prompts that exercise the router's pass/fail boundary so regressions in gate logic surface as test failures rather than silent behaviour drift.

Security

• tsx bumped to ^4.22.4 (PR #55): clears two transitive esbuild advisories GHSA-gv7w-rqvm-qjhr and GHSA-g7r4-m6w7-qqqr.
• hono bumped to ^4.12.23 (PR #53): clears 4 MEDIUM CVEs in the dev dependency.
• qs bumped to 6.15.2 (PR #48): patches CVE-2026-8723.

Tests

• Scrubbed a real repository name from one labelled prompt in the coverage fixture.
