feat(iac): wire optional Archera comparison settings with single-secret access - #794
Conversation
…et access Adds default-empty archera_org_id, archera_plan_id and a secret reference variable to the AWS (lambda, fargate), GCP (cloud-run, gke) and Azure (container-apps, aks) compute modules and the three environments, passed as ARCHERA_ORG_ID, ARCHERA_PLAN_ID and ARCHERA_API_KEY_SECRET only when set. AWS and GCP grant read on that one secret; Azure adds no grant because the platform vault already carries the vault-wide Secrets User role. The operator creates the secret out-of-band. Documents the setup in DEPLOYMENT.md. Refs #785 #786 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Gate review at 96b900b: CHANGES REQUESTED (not merging). IAM is clean: AWS adds the ARN and Findings:

…sclosures Describe and validate archera_api_key_secret_id as the short secret ID so the per-secret IAM binding (which sets project) is not replaced on every apply, point module variable comments at the real doc, and quote the two required Archera disclosures verbatim in DEPLOYMENT.md. Gate re-run at 4c9d45d: CLEAN, merging. All three findings are fixed:

Third slice of #785 (IaC and deployment docs). Independent of the pin bump and the backend PRs; uses only the settled names ARCHERA_ORG_ID, ARCHERA_PLAN_ID, ARCHERA_API_KEY_SECRET.
${arn}*pattern (lambda role; fargate task role). GCP: per-secret google_secret_manager_secret_iam_member on the one secret (cloud-run and gke). Azure: no new grant; the platform vault already gives the runtime identity vault-wide Key Vault Secrets User, a secret-scoped assignment is needed only for a secret in another vault (documented). Narrowing the vault-wide grant stays an owner item.Verification (local, macOS): terraform fmt clean; init -backend=false + validate OK for the six modules and three environments (temp copy); go test ./terraform/modules/compute/{aws,gcp,azure} OK. No apply, no live calls.
