Updates to Episode 1 & 2, partially addressing Issue #61 and others

Changes to episode 2 in this PR address issue #61 , particularly the incomplete sections noted in 2.4 to 2.6. Two of these were repetitive with information already mentioned in episode 1, so they were removed.

Other changes/revisions to episodes 1 and 2 include changes primarily to complete incomplete or unfinished sections, including:

• revise or clarify heading wording and structure
• restructure some challenges and convert one challenge to a discussion element in episode 2
• revise or enter suggested teaching times in episodes 1 & 2
• revise opening sections of episode 2, to provide explanation of the significance of the data structures, expand sections on RDF and triples.
• change editing challenge in ep 1 to a callout (more detail is in ep 3)
• add creation of wikimedia account as a prereq

As with my previous changes, these are presented for consideration, and in the spirit of moving the lesson toward a more complete stage. Please do consider. Thanks!
