How to add normal user?
- Type command adduser

How to add admin user?
1. Go to vps and type command mysql -u root -pYOURPASSWORD
2. Type command use cosmic;
3. Type command INSERT INTO users VALUES (NULL, 'adminx', 'adminpassword', 0, 0, 0, 0, -1, 1, 30, '');
