Displays a BSGC and BLASTp results for each ORF. Currently set up to run in the Jupyter environment but could be used to produce stand alone HTML
The notebook, ClusterPlot.ipynb, is supplied with some input and output example files for testing.
To run the notebook, a few requirmetns will need to be installed:
Plotly and Ipywidgets. Biopython. Pandas.
