I also had to delete the Database and conn stuff from create.php to get a response on localhost, this still doesn't work with axios but I'm fixing it rn

nonfunctional code is on line 53-68, starting with axios.post. I left it in bc it wasn't crashing anything, just wasn't returning a response |

This doesn't quite work but it does have a create form that stores data and tries to send it to create.php (although the latter part doesn't work yet).
Should have restricted input fields
I needed to edit create.php and get rid of the two lines about $database
