Super simple fix... I came in to do this when I noticed that council:fetch_ctu_geo() was returning an error ab0out 'mn_fips_code' not being found. It seemed like just adding devtools:: to explicitly call out the library for load_all() made mn_fip_codes.R runnable and regen the .RDA.
