fix(popup): restore sync/activity tabs deleted in 5d1e792

restored ~1000 lines of accidentally deleted popup code
sync tab now shows video metadata, download options, playlist picker
activity tab now shows job progress and fallback prompts
settings tab unchanged (bridge mode, advanced options)
added ErrorBoundary for crash protection
