…on upgrades Adds a comprehensive troubleshooting article covering: - .NET in-process to isolated worker model migration - Node.js version upgrade issues - Python version upgrade issues - Extension bundle version conflicts - Runtime version migration (v1/v2/v3 to v4) - SSL/TLS and connectivity errors during upgrade New file placed under lang-runtime-upgrade/ folder.
