Updating the module directive to go 1.24.0 means the Go toolchain must be at least 1.24, but the callout image still builds with golang:1.23-alpine3.21 (docker/Dockerfile.callout referenced by the callout service in docker-compose.yml), so go mod download/go build inside that image will stop with go: go.mod requires go 1.24.0; any docker compose build callout now fails until the build image is bumped or the Go version is reverted.
