CUDA 13.0 dropped support for Volta (SM70), but not Turing (SM75). When dropping SM70 support for CUDA 13.0 builds, this had the side-effect of also dropping implicit support for SM75. This PR adds SM75 explicitly to the default CUDA 13.0 builds.
Fixes #96.
