## What changed Updates the org ADR auto-sync reusable so it refreshes the `source-ref` in any workflow that pins the matching org control-plane source, not only `org-adr-sync.yaml`. ## Why Several adopters already use `drift-gate.yaml` as the org-baseline detector. The sync PR should keep those detector pins current too. ## Validation - `python tools/check_baseline_manifest.py` - `python tools/check_docs_layout.py` - `python tools/check_ai_residue.py` - `git diff --check`
