- Added new sections: Architecture, Theory / Concepts, Integration, Benchmarks / Performance, and Changelog / Versioning.
- Updated main index.rst to include these sections in the Contents toctree.
- Added development warning blocks to indicate these sections are still being expanded.
- Improved overall documentation structure and navigation.
