¿Qué es ServiceFlow?

ServiceFlow es una plataforma para gestionar y centralizar solicitudes internas de una organización.

Permite registrar, categorizar, asignar, priorizar, atender y cerrar solicitudes, manteniendo un seguimiento de todo el proceso.
