Almost one year since a new stable release lots of new changes and features.
- Chat: messages can now be rate limited, using two new convars, vac:chat:rlChat and vac:chat:rlReset. Additional updates to the filtration system
- Particle Fx: Support for blocking the routing of particles has been added using the new event "ptFxEvent"
- Ban System: A rewrite of the system making readability better
