Resolves issue 143.
Before Instances are created, the instance model is analyzed for any target reference node ids that have multiple entries.
When Instances are created, these target node id external interfaces are marked to not be deleted.
In this manner, the target instance is only added once, and the proper external interfaces and Internal links are preserved.
