How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install npm run build and npm start to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as admin user
5. Check the dropdowns if they display based on categories and positions.
6. Check if positions are disabled until you select category.
7. Verify the postings are being rendered based on the options selected.
8. Check in both light and dark modes.
