- Add seekable stream reading and writing for XCAF documents and shapes.
- Enable IGES stream provider discovery through DE_Wrapper.
- Restore document data ownership after XCAF reads and preserve application state during stream storage.
- Correct STEP triangle strip and fan winding, remove degenerate triangles, and preserve small valid triangles.
- Initialize externally defined STEP property items before use.
- Initialize GD&T defaults and preserve authored dimension directions, tolerance descriptions, unequal displacements, and signed zone values.
- Add regression coverage for stream round trips, failure handling, tessellation, STEP properties, and GD&T metadata.

Handle complex tolerance combinations with unequal displacement, including datum references, modifiers, and maximum tolerances. Preserve qualified length-measure entities during read/write and add regression coverage.
