This commit allows to use environment variables in the openapitools.json configuration file.

did you test the change locally? would it be possible to add a test or 2 at least to ensure the environment variable support is working as expected? i assume this is not a breaking change and users not using environment variables shouldn't be impacted |

if anyone has time, please resolve merge conflicts by submitting a new PR on top of this in addition, please test the change locally and see if it works for your use cases. thank you. |
