Refactor Avro fix_string, loading common patterns and version update

Refactoring the following:

• The fix_string method has been refactored to no use index check. Also, instead of keeping just one function in a separate file which is being used in just one place, the fix_string function has been brought into the suggest module.
• Use new line separated plain text file instead of JSON to load common suffixes efficiently.
• Update MSRV, okkhor and other crate versions. Bump upodesh version as well.
