Description
Update PlatformBuild to no longer use the MSSP_RUST_BIN_OVERRIDE, there already exists an MSS_RUST_BIN_FILE which can be used as the override. Update the logging for SWTPM for Q35 to 1 to reduce the verbose logging.
How This Was Tested
Built and ran QemuArmVirt with TPM enabled, verified functionality.
