Add multithreading support for ProcessDefinedStepInVolumeActor

  • Define a G4Cache to hold the interaction counter.

thanks a lot for this! A test (and doc) is needed to ensure everything works fine with MT. Can you please propose something inspired from test093 (https://github.com/OpenGATE/opengate/blob/master/opengate/tests/src/physics/test093_proc_in_vol_attribute.py) ? Thanks !
