ui: fix table style and use it in application

I adapted the style so that we don't need to create a new style file in osrd.

Adding the narrow and comfortable horizontal padding AC.

Adding fixed width for all columns except OP one.

Adapt application to use this new style in it, which involves adding style classes to the component, renaming it, and creating a custom style for our use (railway-specific).

Certain columns, such as the name, secondary code or computed departure/arrival , must have a “computed” filter applied :
