This PR improves the accessibility of the Quest Journal in the 2D client.

💡 What:

  • Updated QuestJournalPanel.tsx to use the WAI-ARIA progressbar pattern for quest objectives.
  • Added descriptive aria-label to the "Claim Reward" button.

🎯 Why:

  • Visual-only progress bars are not accessible to screen reader users.
  • Button labels like "Claim Reward" lack context when multiple quests are present.

Accessibility:

  • Follows WAI-ARIA progressbar standards.
  • Provides accessible names for interactive elements.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13632008930612940851 started by @OuroborosCollective

Enhanced the Quest Journal's accessibility by:
1. Transforming visual progress bars for quest objectives into semantic WAI-ARIA progressbars.
2. Adding `role="progressbar"`, `aria-label`, `aria-valuenow`, and `aria-valuetext` to objective progress indicators.
3. Adding a descriptive `aria-label` to the "Claim Reward" button to provide context for screen reader users.
