[Bug]QGC Upgrade FW 1.16.1 STABLE ERROR #26340

Describe the bug
When I upgrade the flight controller firmware using QGC, I selected the latest stable version 1.16.1. However, after the upgrade, checking the firmware version shows 1.17.0 beta.
