pika版本：v3.3.1
ctrl+c推出后，没有正常关闭rsync，观察日志，有这个错误：
会导致重新启动pika时检查到rsync端口被占用而启动失败。
通过查看源代码，发现在slash中，停止rsync的kill命令有点问题。
