Buffs Laser, alot

Why / Balance

Alright so this is a strange thing to do, since we(wizden and goob) are more prone to gimping crew but I feel this is warranted
Most laser weapons aside from like four(Xray, Cannon, lmg and advanced) sucked due to their lack of capacity and stopping power
As to why? Well magfed laser have been in a horrible spot for a while, so buffing their dmg as a whole would improve their feel by a lot.(research locked weapons, that are on par with laser rifles)
The none magfed lasers also received a general capacity buff, especially the laser rifle, nearly doubling its capacity. Its suppose to be cheap and EFFECTIVE
Magfed lasers being research, they should be good, due to the investment in obtaining them

Ramblings:
In my opinion buffing crew's laser is not much of a problem, since that is suppose to be NT's GIMMICK, plus alot of antag weapons(nukies) reflect energy shots, and the dps still gonna be worse than ballistic against most other threats(zombies, honestly they need a nerf jeezus, their infection kills too fast).
Against blob, it will be great, but reflective tiles still exists.
Radiation shots will be strong against Heretic and Lings, however both of these have either emp(Ling's Scream and Flesh Heretic's Minions) or a get of jail free card(heretic)
They aren't replacing ballistics however, ballistics still do more dps and have more ammo, as well as still being roundstart.
As energy still suffers from emps, reflect weapons(most reflect weapons were change to only effect energy)
Will these buffs make cap or eg-4 obsolete, not really. Cap's Antique still deals more dmg, and have basically an infinite charge, Eg-4 is the same deal, although with more micromanagement, in exchange for dealing 28 dmg per shot.
The way I balance this was simple, I ask a question, can a mag crit a nukie? That might sound absurd but all ballistics can crit one nukie(standard blood-red/commander since they both have 55% heat prot) and put another near to death, however this test doesn't adress the fact that a nukie will be moving or have eshield or esword which makes them even more tanky, but this is just a test to see if their damage is up to snuff.
A Magfed should be able to crit a nukie(aside from Taro)
A None Magfed can crit one and dmg the others, akin to a ballistic given that they can't change mags on the fly
Hos energy should be powerful, since they have a recharging one(buffed it, since after you use it, you wait 40 seconds give or take) and BRDI(which we all know about), granted this is also taken into comparison with Warden's eshotty which not only recharges, but has damage close to 8 gauge compare that to Hos' eshotty which three taps as oppose to the eshotty's two tap.

ES-7 Multilens - Dmg increased from 10->13, Ammo increased from 12->18
ER-5 Torrent - Dmg increased from 7->10, Ammo increased from 20->25
EG-1 TARO - Dmg increased from 10->13, Ammo increased from 8->10
Laser Rifle - Ammo increased from 16->20
Laser Cannon - Ammo increased from 10->14
X-Ray Cannon - Ammo increased from 10->6
X-6 Hos Smg - Dmg increased from 9->12, Ammo increased from 30->50
X-8 Hos Rifle - Ammo increased from 12->25
X-12 Hos Shotgun - Ammo increased from 8->12
X-18 Hos Sniper - Ammo increased from 10->12
Lawbringer and Justice - Recharge Cooldown reduce by 50%

Sidenote:
I am currently working on making the sergeant, basically hos' right hand in the front lines, I want to move x-00 weapons to them and make Hos have lawbringer roundstart and let them pick between BRDI, wt500(their usual starting ballistic on other servers) and maybe AKM(It was closed, but since we let hos have BRDI which you know is kinda good, maybe).
