Good to approve the contents but I wonder if a separate document is the right option for this (concerned about overloading the list)? Perhaps some additional functionality on the Knowledge Base is required first though.

Actually -- I just had a failed project opening; and this method doesn't work as the "info" box is basically empty (no session ID, no launcher diagnostics tab).

However you can still get the session ID by snipping it out the URL (assuming the user doesn't close the page when their project opening fails) e.g. https://pwb.publichealthscotland.org/s/123abcde12a12345abc12/

Ah! Now that's important to note. I will update the document with that information.

I'd be happy to include it somewhere else if that's more appropriate. Do you think it should go into the FAQs document?

to find out the Session ID of a session using the URL in the web browser's address bar.

@jakeybob I've now included the alternative method of obtaining the Session ID from the URL.

## Steps to find out the Session ID of your Posit Workbench Session

1. If you have not already done so, log into Posit Workbench and start a session, following the instructions at [https://github.com/Public-Health-Scotland/technical-docs/blob/main/Posit%20Infrastructure/How%20to%20Login%20to%20Posit%20Workbench.md] if necessary.

I was just going to suggest not having a bare link but I then realised the link doesn't work / the doc doesn't exist.
